McKenzie River regulator (VIC)

The objective of this project for the Wimmera Catchment Management Authority (CMA) was to enable a more reliable and accurate delivery of environmental water releases through the McKenzie River system. It required replacement of regulating structures at three sites, (including a fishway) and upgrading the structure at a fourth site.

Alluvium was the lead contractor and project manager and ensured all environmental and cultural heritage considerations met Parks Victoria requirements. The project was delivered on tight schedule dictated by water management timeframes and to the complete satisfaction of the Wimmera CMA.
