Water authorities are accountable to both community and government in the decisions they make to efficiently and effectively service their customers. These decisions are often finely balanced and undertaken in a complex environment.

Alluvium was engaged to provide the Coliban Water Board with confidence that all infrastructure modernisation decisions go through a process that considers the full range of issues and options to come to a fully informed position. Alluvium developed a framework to ensure the thinking and consideration extends to broader aspects of the external environment, including the future viability of water-dependent industries, the variable confidence in available data, or even the role of Coliban Water in future management of water infrastructure.
